Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Destinations

Placce Tools ships to domestic and international destinations.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Placce Tools is not responsible for customs delays or fees applied to your order. All customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Placce Tools is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us at support@placcetools.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Placce Tools is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
